Return and Refund Policy

At WeBuyPhones, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Devices must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • The device must be in the same condition as when it was sent to us, including all original accessories and packaging.
  • The device must not have any physical damage, water damage, or signs of tampering.
  • Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@webuyphones.co.za or call us at +27 62 002 5528.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the device back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and securing the package adequately.
  • The return shipping address will be provided to you along with the RMA number.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned device, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
  • If the device passes our inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 5 business days.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Ineligible Returns:

  • Devices that do not meet the eligibility criteria for returns will not be accepted.
  • If a device is returned to us in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify the customer and provide the option to have the device shipped back to them at their expense.

5. Customers Responsibility:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the device is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • WeBuyPhones is not responsible for any devices lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

6. Exceptions:

  • This return and refund policy does not apply to devices that were sold as non-returnable or as is at the time of purchase.
