1. Shipping Devices to WeBuyPhones:

  • When you agree to sell your device to us, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label from The Courier Guy via email.
  • It is your responsibility to adequately package your device to ensure its safety during transit. We recommend using a sturdy box, bubble wrap, or other protective materials.
  • Please maintain proof of the condition of the device before shipping it to us, such as photos or videos, in case of any disputes.
  • Once your device is packaged, attach the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest The Courier Guy location or schedule a pickup.
  • We will notify you via email when your device has been received at our facility.

2. Inspection and Payment:

  • Upon receipt of your device, our team will inspect it to ensure it matches the condition and description provided during the sales process.
  • If the device passes our inspection, we will initiate payment to you within 1-2 business days, using the agreed-upon payment method.
  • If the device does not match the provided condition or description, or if it arrives damaged, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, such as adjusting the payment amount or returning the device to you.
  • If you believe your device was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of the device being received by us. Provide any proof of the devices condition before shipping to support your claim.

3. Shipping Devices to Customers (if applicable):

  • If you have purchased a device from WeBuyPhones, we will ship it to your provided shipping address.
  • We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
  • All devices will be shipped using The Courier Guy with a tracking number provided to you via email.
  • Shipping times within South Africa are typically 1-2 business days for major cities and 3-4 business days for outlying areas, as specified by The Courier Guy.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • When selling your device to WeBuyPhones, shipping to our facility is free of charge using the provided prepaid shipping label from The Courier Guy.
  • If you have purchased a device from us, shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. These costs will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping services.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If a package is lost or damaged during transit to our facility, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you and The Courier Guy to resolve the issue.
