The front camera only worked for few weeks and then got broken. I think this was broken before and wasn’t really fixed well. I can not return it anymore because I send it to my sister in the Philippines. And now she just have to deal with it. What a waste of money for me.

The cellphone works perfectly fine, it has a good battery health that lasts a entire day without dying. The only issues that I personally had was that the delivery was two days late.

Everything was working and I’m really like it. Good as new

Coming in i was nervous about ordering the iphone 12 pro and having it shipped, especially because of the bad reviews. The phone came in almost new no scratches, couple of small dents but its a pre owned so i can understand that. Overall everything was a great experience and fair price, im leaving this review for other to see and feel more safe about buying here.

No scratches, everything works great, beautiful phone and 1007% battery health - very happy with my purchase! Buying a used phone can be an anxiety filled experience - you read the reviews and hope that you're one of the happy customers and are lucky enough to get an "as advertised product." It will be nice if it came in the origal Iphoen case and Iphoen assesories. But who care. its working great.

I was afraid to buy a pre-owned, but this is a smart decision, the phone came with a generec cord, so take advance and keep in mind get a original one before you take an order, neverterless the phone was without scratches, non stethic details, looks and works perfectly like a new, battery life is 87%, if you charge with original accesories, the battery will live long. dont think it too much, this is a great deal.

Phone is in good condition but it takes time to charging.. and get low in 2 hours

Since I used to have the iPhone XR, this is a major upgrade. But this phone did not let me down. Its perfect.

The screen is in good condition, although the frame has a slightly marked mark, but from there everything is fine.

I LOVE THE ACTUAL PHONE PERSAY BUT I HAD THIS PHONE AND STILL DO FOR ABOUT AN MONTH AND SOMETHING TERRIBLE HAPPENED TO MY BOTTOM SPEAKERS AND MADE ME LITERALLY SICK AFTER SPENDING AROUND $800.00. Thanks for the help also.

The phone works great. The battery had a lower max capacity, but I was able to get a new one for cheap from the Apple store and the memory on it is great.

The shipping was on time. The product itself was used but not a scrath at all is on it. My son is enjoying it.

Great option to capture an iPhone at a great price. This phone was as next to brand new as you can get without any issues. The only downside is I thought the battery life would be a lot better. It’s still a daily charge but in its defense, I do take videos/pics

When I buy on BestBuy website there don’t say nothing but when I get no Apple cable no Apple box cause I for gift there are need phone right away if not I return it so bad sale I buy 2 of them there are the same iPhone 12 Pro

Apple Pay sensor doesn’t work and battery life is poor. Keep in mind this phone does not come themselves, it comes from some third party website that sells used phones.

Bought this last night. I didn’t see the previous review before buying or I would have passed. I see the previous review was posted a week ago and the phone came dented and scratched all over even on the camera lens. I really hope they aren’t shipping that same phone to me now. It says you can cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. I tried to cancel 10 minutes after placing order and there were options like change address, pick up in store, and cancel order but they were greyed out and could not be pressed. After 30 minutes they disappeared all together. Hopefully the previous person was being overly judgmental about a few tiny scratches and tiny chips of paint missing. I’m not worried about a few little scratches but if the camera lens is scratched and it effects the camera quality I’m not gonna be happy.

I took a risk of ordering a pre-owned iPhone 12 pro with no note on the condition. When it was delivered, - It was in a cheap phone box ( not of apple) - on opening the box, I realized that the lightning cable and power socket was of different brand( some cheap ones ) - More importantly, the phone had nothing but dents and scratches all over it including the camera lens. - Please note, if you are returning a preowned product, there is a fee of $45. So you end up getting $45 less than you paid for. Was highly disappointed observing all these red flag. Returned it within an hour of delivery, didn’t signup for this by paying $899. Note to : If it’s of pre owned please at least add a note on the product condition to provide awareness to those who buy this online.
