Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Same-day delivery is currently only available in Gauteng.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on thecourierguys website.
Delivery Process

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package upon delivery.

What if I'm not home to receive my package?
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Standard and Express deliveries are made on business days only.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
All our shipments are insured. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
